Purchasing from us:
Simply browse through our catalogue, locate the items you wish to buy and click on the “Buy Now” button to put them into the shopping cart. You don’t have to be registered and logged in before you browse the catalogue but you will have to either sign up or sign in to make and complete your purchases.
Our Accepted Payment Methods:
UK pounds sterling only, by the following major credit/debit cards:- Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch & Solo.
Order Confirmation:
Once we have received your order, you will receive 2 separate confirmations. One from ourselves to confirm the order you have placed and a second one, confirming the status of your financial transaction.
Cancellations:
You may cancel all or part of an order at any time up until dispatch by email or telephone. Please quote the order number when cancelling.
Is your website secure?
Ordering through our website is very secure. You will not be asked for any credit or debit card information up until the point that you are asked to confirm your order. You are then directed to a secure payment server, where you will see the padlock in your browser. Your credit or debit card details are then processed securely.
Complaints:
If you are unhappy with either the goods or the service you have received from All Arts and Craft Supply, please contact us by emailing us through our contact form or telephone (01736) 795087 within 7 days of receiving your order. Your queries will be acknowledged - usually the same day - if not the next business day and if it is not possible to resolve your query immediately, you will be informed of the timescale anticipated to solve the problem.

All Arts and Craft Supply is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and to occasionally get in touch with you to notify you of any special offers we may have.
What registration information is collected?
When you place an order, all we need to know is your name, e-mail address, invoice & delivery address. We don’t hold details about your credit/debit card on our systems becuase we use a fully secure third party to process any financial transactions.
We ask you for a contact telephone number, so that we can let you know if there is a problem with your order.
You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.
We may also use the information we collect to send you details of any special offers, changes to the website and other information we think you’ll find useful. If you prefer not receive such notification, please untick the "Newsletter" box in your User Profile.
While cookies are used to maintain a user’s position within the site, we do not use them to store permanent data or information. Furthermore we do not disclose personal data unless authorized to do so. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
